I’m aiming to get back to some painting now, so this might be the last charcoal drawing for a while. The model for this one is Clare, who happens to be Caleb’s mother.
I had slightly less time for this one, and I think I would have liked to define the shoulders some more and give expression to the pose had there been one more session to work on it. Onwards and upwards though, and I’m quite excited to be getting the brushes out again.
